About the Author / Hair Color Consultant
The owner and creator of the HairColorConsultant.com web site is Master Colorist and Educator, Sharon Sovinski. Sharon has been successfully coloring hair since 1985 and has owned and operated her own Hair Coloring Salons in Los Angeles and Burbank, CA since 1994. To offer her hand in helping Hair Color Clients across the globe, Sharon created this site for the women and men that need help with hair color! Or, the Client that wants to find a gorgeous hair color and needs a hair color swatch picture and the hair color descriptions and application instructions to give to their Hair Stylist / Colorist. Celebrating National Recognition and Expansion
In 2001, Sharon received National Recognition in "Elle" Magazine, being rated amongst the "Top Ten" Masters of Makeover! In 2004, Sharon was again Nationally Recognized by leading fashion magazine "W" for her hair coloring success - being rated a "Top Trendsetter". Subsequent to being rated amongst the Top Ten Master Hair Colorists and Trendsetters, Sharon made the move to launch her hair coloring career even higher! In 2005, Sharon opened the new My Bella Color Studio in the heart of the Burbank, CA, Media District - neighboring NBC, Disney, Warner Bros. and other major movie industry businesses. Currently, Sharon continues to service many Celebrities, but, it was first and foremost her dedication to offering excellent hair coloring services to thousands of Hair Color Clients over the years that enabled Sharon to have the success she now has nationally and locally.

How the HairColorConsultant.com site came to be...
Master Colorist and Hair Color Educator, Sharon Sovinski created the original MyBellaColor.com web site in 2004 to offer Hair Color Education to Hair Stylists and Colorists. One of the web pages on the original MBC site was called TIPS for your VISIT (to the Hair Salon) and became extremely popular with the search engines. Thousands of HITS were happening and Sharon had a tremendous amount of emails from other Hair Stylists' and Colorists' Clients from around the world. These Clients were seeking Expert Hair Color Help. The most common questions were: "How do I describe the hair color swatch that I see on your site to my Hair Colorist?", and "I need help with my hair color, what can I do if my hair has previously been colored / dyed black / blonde, and I want it to be a different hair color?" "Can you refer me to a Colorist in my area?" The email content expanded so rapidly, that something HAD to be done. Thus... Sharon designed this site to channel the heavy web / email traffic from Clients around the world that was coming into the original MyBellaColor.com site.
